<p>Ben je op zoek naar een <strong>simpel en super lekker guacamole recept</strong>? Deze <strong>zelfgemaakte guacamole</strong> is romig, fris en vol van smaak! Perfect als dip of topping bij je favoriete gerechten, zoals enchilada’s. </p>



<p>Avocado zit boordevol <strong>gezonde vetten</strong>, waardoor deze guacamole niet alleen heerlijk is, maar ook een voedzame toevoeging aan je maaltijd. De onverzadigde vetten in avocado – en vooral de omega-9 vetzuren – maken het een supergezonde keuze! Daarom is dit mijn favoriete manier om avocado te gebruiken bij het avondeten.</p>

<p>Op zoek naar een snel, gezond en voedzaam ontbijt? Deze overnight oats<strong> </strong>zijn perfect voor drukke ochtenden! Wat ik er zo ideaal aan vind: je maakt het &#8217;s avonds klaar, laat het een nachtje in de koelkast staan en de volgende ochtend hoef je het alleen maar uit de koelkast te halen.</p>



<p>Havermout is een supergezond ontbijt, rijk aan vezels en voedingsstoffen die je de hele ochtend energie geven. Daarnaast krijg je bij dit recept meteen een flinke portie fruit binnen. Om mijn ontbijt nóg gezonder te maken, voeg ik &#8217;s ochtends wat extra&#8217;s toe: walnoten voor gezonde vetten, lijnzaadolie voor een boost van omega 3, en superfoods zoals chiazaad en hennepzaad voor extra vezels en antioxidanten. Een geweldige manier om je dag goed te starten!</p>

<p>Op zoek naar een verfijnd en feestelijk voorgerecht dat zowel heerlijk smaakt als een plaatje op je bord is? Deze bietentartaar met doperwtencrème, geitenkaascrème en gekarameliseerde pecannoten is de perfecte keuze! Ik maakte dit recept eerder voor mijn eetclubje en tijdens de kerst, en het viel zo goed in de smaak dat ik het graag met jullie wil delen.</p>



<p>De combinatie van frisse bietentartaar met de romige doperwtencrème en geitenkaascrème is niet alleen ontzettend lekker, maar ziet er ook prachtig uit. De gekarameliseerde pecannoten voegen een zoetige crunch toe die het gerecht helemaal afmaakt.</p>



<p>Of je het nu serveert bij een diner met vrienden of tijdens een feestelijke gelegenheid, deze bietentartaar zal zeker in de smaak vallen!</p>

Als de erwtjes helemaal afgekoeld zijn, pureer ze dan samen met de mascarpone fijn met een staafmixer. Pureer niet te lang zodat er een stevige, egale crème ontstaat. Voeg dan de gehakte munt toe. Breng de doperwtencrème verder op smaak met citroensap, peper en zout naar smaak. Bewaar de doperwtencrème in de koelkast tot gebruik. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-485-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: none;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 20px;"><span style="display: block;">Hak de pecannoten in stukjes en rooster ze in een droge koekenpan zonder olie totdat ze licht verkleuren. Voeg dan de honing toe en laat even kort bubbelen totdat alle noten bedekt zijn met een glanzend laagje. Voeg een beetje zout toe. Schep de noten daarna op een vel bakpapier en laat afkoelen en hard worden. Mix totdat er een gladde, stevige crème ontstaat. Houd vier mooie frambozen apart. Snijd de rest van de frambozen in kleine stukjes en voeg ze bij de bietjes. Voeg ook de balsamicoazijn, de balsamicocrème en de olijfolie toe. <p>Ik ben 2024 goed begonnen met zoeken naar onze volgende zomervakantiebestemming! We hebben nog niet kunnen kiezen tussen Sicilië of Sardinië. Maar terwijl wij al dromen van warme zomerdagen op een van deze prachtige Italiaanse eilanden, genieten we alvast van deze heerlijke en simpele pasta alla norma die de eenvoud van verse ingrediënten combineert tot een smaakexplosie.</p>

Verwarm ondertussen een andere (kleine) koekenpan, zonder olie, en bak de cashewnoten en pijnboompitten totdat ze goudbruin beginnen te kleuren. Pureer de spinazie, basilicum, knoflook, geroosterde pijnboompitten, de helft van de parmezaanse kaas, 4 eetlepels citroensap en 8 eetlepels extra vierge olijfolie met een staafmixer tot een gladde pesto. Voeg nog wat extra olijfolie toe als de pesto te droog is. Breng de pesto goed op smaak met flink wat peper en zout en eventueel wat extra citroensap naar smaak.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
